PERSONANZ 26: IN YOU MIDST
The crescendo Inspiration Festival for professional musicians and artists in the music city of Leipzig.
Luke 17:20-21: “Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, ‘The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, “Here it is!” or “There it is!” because the kingdom of God is in your midst.'”
The kingdom of God is in our midst—invisible, yet clearly perceptible. It is right in the heart of our everyday lives, yet interwoven with eternity. It is active in our creative work, even when we are performing our tasks in the most unspectacular ways.
It is among us, yet it points far beyond us. We are integrated into its expansion and called to live as its ambassadors.
This is what PERSONANZ 26 is all about: the kingdom of God and its resonance in our lives and our work.
